We want you to love your Mediterranean-born skincare; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of lightly used products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging and include the provided return packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
